HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Because items are individually ordered and custom stitched, orders are typically shipped in 7-10 business days by 2-3 day priority mail. Custom items can sometimes take longer. If you have a deadline for a gift please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We ship by United States Postal Service. Once an item or items are in your cart there is a preview shipping button you can use to check the weight/price of shipping your particular item.
WHY DO I PAY FOR PRIORITY MAIL?
Priority Mail isn't as fancy as it sounds - regular first class mail and priority mail cost the same if the package is over 2 lbs, and many of our items are.

Because most items are custom stitched, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, however, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to accommodate.

This is a https enabled secure site and our certificate is through GoDaddy and our secure processing through Authorize.net. We are extremely careful with our client's personal information and do not share email lists with other businesses or individuals.
DESIGNS |
1. Thread colors are not always exactly the colors pictured.
2. Sizes of designs vary and are not always the same size as pictured on the site.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE DOG?
Requests for color changes can often be accommodated but we can only replace colors as they appear and run through the pattern. For instance, our Lab logos can certainly be done as yellow, chocolate, black or other colors. If your dog has odd markings just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen!
